We are pleased to write a note about the services that Mrs D H our beloved mother received from the Chariot Home Care Services (CHCS). Mrs D.H had wished to have independent living in the comfort of her home for as long as her health would permit. The Chariot team were compassionate right from the first day, an impression that won our mothers confidence in CHCS. Mrs D.H bonded with the CHCS associates very well thus creating a family environment. Apart from assisting in personal care, the CHCS associates were exceptional in reminding Mrs D.H to take her medicines, a service we could not provide because we stayed away from our mother. The CHCS were so reliable in reminding both Mrs D.H and us about Doctors’ appointments. For over 3 years, the CHCS was consistent in their care all through till the day our mother departed peacefully in her sleep in the comfort of her home at 93 years. It was a relief to have CHCS care for our mother and would recommend them to anyone who is seeking similar services for their loved ones.

While looking for an agency to take care of my aging step father, Mr G.M who lived alone after the passing of my mother, I was referred to the Chariot Home Care services (CHCS). It was impressive how prompt they responded to my call and planned for a site visit and an interview with Mr G.M. It was pleasing to have CHCS involve both Mr G.M and I in the planning for the services to be provided. Over a short period of care both Mr G.M and I had peace of mind and confidence in CHCS services. Personally, I was relieved to have someone there with Mr G.M in case of a need or an emergency situation. The CHCS exceeded my expectations when they facilitated a fast transfer of Mr G. M to a hotel after a winter storm broke the powerlines to his neighborhood causing power outage for two days. Mr G.M depended on electricity for heating his house. The transfer move was therefore lifesaving. For nearly on year, the CHCS were exceptional in notifying me on any changes in MR G.M condition. Once I engaged the CHCS, in the care of Mr G.M, I had peace of the mind until the time came to transfer Mr G.M to a retirement community and would therefore refer CHCS to anyone looking for care to their loved one at home.

It is pleasing to write a note about the services received from the Chariot Home Care services (CHCS). I was referred to the CHCS while searching for an agency to help me in the care of my dear wife Mrs G.I who was experiencing progressive memory loss. The CHCS was prompt in visiting us, interviewing Mrs G.I and assessing the living environment. From the time we engaged their services, the CHCS was able to assign associates who were compassionate in the care of my wife. All had a good understanding of Mrs G.I condition and were empathetic in providing 24 hours of care. They assisted in medication and feeding over and above other services for independent living. This was a relief to me up to the day Mrs G.I passed peacefully in her bed in the comfort of her home. For almost one year of service, the CHCS were professional and compassionate. I do recommend them to anyone who is seeking home care services for a loved one.
